Our coffee is sourced from all coffee producing areas of Ethiopia. We do have effective understanding of the unique characteristics and flavor profile of Ethiopian coffee from a particular origin. This helps buyers understand what to expect in terms of flavor and aroma, enabling them to select coffees that align with their brand or consumer preferences.
Known for its Spicy and floral qualities. Has complex vibrant flavor Bright acidity with fruit notes like peach fruit, berry and citrus. Medium body with sweet vibrant after taste.
Floral notes are typical features of Yirgacheffe coffee. Floral notes pronounced jasmine, coffee blossom and tea rose like on fragrance and aroma. Citrus and berry acidity often bright tangy orange flavors with hints of lemon, honey, cane sugar and blue berry.
Known for its floral notes with hints of jasmine and rose. Bright acidity with lemon and orange notes. Sweet like honey, brown sugar and caramel with clean and pleasant finish.
